Job Overview

Cisneros Brothers Plumbing is in search of a dependable and skilled Septic Pump Truck Driver to become a vital part of our workforce. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining the efficiency of our clients' septic systems by expertly and safely removing waste from their tanks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a septic pump truck while complying with all safety standards and regulations.
  • Skillfully navigate the truck in various environments, including residential and commercial sites, tight spaces, and uneven ground.
  • Engage with clients to comprehend their requirements and concerns, delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Utilize hand and power tools to access and evaluate septic tanks, identify openings, and ensure optimal functionality.
  • Conduct inspections and maintenance on the truck and all related equipment, reporting any concerns to management.
  • Accurately complete all necessary documentation, including service tickets and logbooks, in a timely manner.
  • Keep a tidy and organized work area.
  • Participate in training and development initiatives as required.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid Class A or B commercial driver's license with a tanker endorsement.
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience operating a septic pump truck or a similar vehicle is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proven excellent driving and safety records.
  • Capability to lift heavy equipment and tools, up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELDs).
