Montessori Educator

Job Summary:

The California Montessori Project is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Montessori Educator to join our team. As a key member of our educational staff, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special needs in a dynamic and inclusive classroom environment.

Responsibilities:

* Provide individualized support to students with special needs, promoting their academic and personal growth.
* Collaborate with lead teachers and teaching assistants to develop and implement effective lesson plans and strategies.
* Assist with classroom management, maintaining a safe and organized learning environment.
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team approach.

Requirements:

* 48 college educational units or the ability to pass the paraprofessional exam within 30 days of hire.
* One year of experience working in a classroom environment with students with special needs or relevant experience.
* Ability to travel to all CMP campuses and adhere to our Motor Vehicle Use policy.
