We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Scientist to join our team at Harnham. As a Machine Learning Scientist, you will play a key role in researching and applying machine learning models to tackle key product problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Engineers to deploy, scale and optimise algorithms
  • Prioritise business value at every step
Requirements
  • PhD or MSc in an advanced (machine learning-related) discipline
  • Experience in working in a product company, shipping ML
  • 4-5 years experience in industry, building production-ready machine learning models
  • GenAI / LLM experience is not required, but a knowledge 'spike' in ML is required (e.g. deep learning, reinforcement learning etc)
  • Experience working with AWS is desirable (other cloud providers are okay)
  • Ability to digest complex problems and provide logical and simple solutions
Compensation

All offers will go through benchmarking, but a range that is possible is between 130,000-150,000. Equity is on offer at each level. There are regular pay reviews each year.
