Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient care, focusing on expanding knowledge and skills to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with nursing peers, physicians, and support services to coordinate patient care and unit activities.
  • Direct and oversee the care provided by other caregivers through delegation, validation, evaluation, and coordination.
Requirements
  • NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License.
  • AHA BLS/CPR certification within 60 days of hire.
  • BSN in progress or willingness to acquire within three years of hire.
  • At least six months of relevant nursing experience or participation in Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program.
