As a Car Wash Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive car wash experience for our customers, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer service concerns, take customer orders, and sell Unlimited Memberships with accuracy and speed.
  • Operational Tasks: Handle credit card transactions, clean and maintain the car wash site and equipment, and assist customers with questions on pricing and service.
  • Sales and Marketing: Sell car wash services and unlimited memberships, and maintain a safe environment on-site while working with others.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, and prior retail or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, ability to organize and keep the car wash site clean and inviting, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift at least 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.
