POSITION: The Global Industrials team is seeking an experienced professional to join our New York or Chicago office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participate in the execution of equity and debt financings, M&A, and restructuring and recapitalization transactions.
  • Lead project / deal teams, driving work product and transaction processes.
  • Perform financial valuation, discounted cash flow, pro forma merger, precedent transaction, and comparable companies analyses.
  • Prepare pitch books and live deal materials, including offering memoranda, confidential information memoranda, management presentations, lender presentations, and prospectuses.
  • Develop financial / three-statement operating models.
  • Conduct industry and product research.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university AND 3+ years of Investment Banking experience in Industrials or a sector coverage group
  • MBA degree (or equivalent graduate degree) from an accredited college or university AND 1-3 years of Investment Banking experience in Industrials or a sector coverage group
  • Financial modeling coursework, training, or experience
  • Currently living in New York/Chicago or willing to relocate
  • Series 63 & 79 preferred

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and projects simultaneously
  • Resourceful self-starter, able to work autonomously and as a team player

The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $225,000.
