About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Staff Member to join our team at Dividend Restaurant Group. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure the restaurant is always looking its best.
  • General cleaning of the restaurant, including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
  • Cleaning and stocking restrooms, including restocking toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
  • Ensuring doors are locked after hours and performing minor repairs as needed.
  • Cleaning up spills and messes in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Notifying supervisors or managers of any major repairs or maintenance issues.
  • Collecting and disposing of trash and recyclables.
  • Working with a contract cleaning service as needed to ensure the restaurant is always clean and well-maintained.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Basic maintenance and repair skills, including knowledge of building systems and equipment.
  • Ability to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least six months of related experience in a janitorial or maintenance role.
  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED).
