Retail Sales Consultants at La-Z-Boy earn a competitive base salary of $44,200, supplemented by commission on sales, with no commission cap. Our average sales consultants earn over $75,000 annually, with top performers exceeding $90,000.

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week

Training Compensation: $170 per day for the initial two weeks (no commission)

Post-Training Compensation: Base salary of $44,200 plus commission
