Job Summary

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing an excellent customer experience, meeting sales goals, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This is an immediate hire opportunity with opportunities for advancement within the company.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Assist customers with finding products on the salesfloor
  • Restock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and productivity standards
Requirements:
  • Previous retail experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compensation:

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $16-$28 per hour, depending on location and experience.
