Job Summary

Providence is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care Unit team. As a key member of our nursing team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with complex medical needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current Washington State Registered Nurse License
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • One year of nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • National certification in area of specialty
