Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Hospice Nurse Specialist. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for evaluating patients for eligibility for hospice care and providing nursing care to patients and families in all settings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess a graduate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution, with a current GA RN License. Minimum of one year of RN experience in hospice, oncology, med-surg or home health providing direct patient care is required. Hospice or Oncology certification is preferred.
