Critical Care Therapist

Job Description:The Critical Care Therapist will be responsible for providing critical care services, including respiratory care, for adult, neonatal, and outpatient CPAP patients. Key responsibilities include assessing patient respiratory status, setting up and monitoring mechanical ventilators, performing arterial punctures, and analyzing blood gases. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a critical care environment and possess strong communication skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Associate's degree in respiratory care or equivalent and RRT credentialed by the National Board for Respiratory Care
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and/or Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) by the American Heart Association
- Maintains proficiency in arterial blood sampling techniques as prescribed by the hospital and/or JCAHO
- Valid State License
We offer competitive compensation packages, including a salary range of $80,000 - $105,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development, a supportive work environment, and a comprehensive benefits package.
