About the Role

Pinnacle GI Partners is seeking a skilled Endoscopy Technician to join our team at our Troy and Macomb, MI surgery centers. As a key member of our medical team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety during endoscopic procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain endoscopic equipment, including cleaning, disinfecting, and testing.
  • Assist with patient preparation and care, including administering throat spray and injecting saline or dye under physician supervision.
  • Transport soiled equipment to the decontamination area and restock supplies as needed.
  • Adhere to Universal Precautions and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient procedure flow.
Requirements
  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as an Endoscopy Technician, Medical Assistant, or Nurse Assistant is highly preferred.
  • Current BLS certification and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Authorization to work in the US.
