About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist to join our team at Nextaff of Sacramento Healthcare. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our patients and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide Cognitive Behavior Therapy for individuals with Substance Use Disorders, utilizing evidence-based techniques to promote recovery and well-being.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patient goals and preferences.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records, ensuring seamless communication with healthcare teams.
Requirements
  1. Active license in the state of California.
  2. BLS/CPR Certification.
  3. Copy of Negative TB test/Chest X-ray.
  4. Familiarity with EMR, EHR systems.
  5. Ability to build rapport with patients and provide compassionate care.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
