Responsibilities:
  • Manage a patient caseload and deliver group, individual, and family therapy sessions
  • Conduct bio-psychosocial assessments and formulate comprehensive treatment plans
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to support discharge planning and ensure timely, consistent documentation
  • Provide individual counseling and facilitate daily process groups
  • Collaborate with Case Management for resource coordination
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Social Work or a related human services major
  • Active FL LHMC, LCSW, LMFT, or Registered Intern licensure
  • Work experience in the field of behavioral/mental health
  • Familiarity with KIPU
