We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at the Space Needle. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food products are prepared and served to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve quality and consistent food products according to service standards.
- Maintain temperature guidelines and ensure food safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve exceptional food quality and presentation.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.
- One year of cooking experience, with training in all areas of food preparation.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions in English.
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
- Valid food handler's card within 14 days of employment.
- Culinary school training preferred but not required.
- Ability to walk, stand, reach, and lift entire shift in a warm/hot environment.
- Ability to lift 20 pounds, 10 pounds over head.
- Medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability insurance.
