Key Responsibilities
  • Process guest transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper recording of sales and handling of monies.
  • Provide personalized guest service, building relationships and creating a positive brand experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent guest service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including maintaining cash controls and procedures to eliminate shrink.
Requirements
  • Friendly and outgoing personality, with excellent communication and guest service skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, lifting 25 lbs. consistently and 15 lbs. constantly.
  • Ability to read and understand information and direction, with successful use of math skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time, with effective communication and guest service skills.
  • Ability to retrieve and push in shopping carts, bend and lift to load guest orders into cars.
