Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide services to a caseload of approximately 45 students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy and be able to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities include conducting assessments and evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings. The successful candidate will also be able to maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress. Qualifications include a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders, active Arkansas SLP License, and experience working with K-12 students.
