About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Multimedia Producer with strong photography skills and leadership potential to join our team at ULTIM Marketing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and executing onsite video and photography shoots for clients across the U.S. and internationally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Project Managers for seamless production coordination
  • Lead and execute onsite video and photography shoots for clients in Georgia, across the U.S., and internationally
  • Assist in storyboarding and contribute to the entire production process
  • Translate brand strategies into compelling visual stories through video and photography
  • Select, review, and edit both video footage and photographs according to storyboards and brand guidelines
  • Manage the technical aspects of both videography and photography, including troubleshooting, encoding, and final edits
Qualifications & Requirements
  • A strong portfolio showcasing both video production and photography work
  • 5-7 years of experience in video and photography production (pre-production, shooting, and post-production)
  • Proven ability to write scripts, coordinate productions, and direct shoots
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop
  • Strong command of the English language and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to be in the Duluth, GA office at least 3 times per week
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the U.S. and internationally
