Cascade Medical Center, a leading healthcare provider in the region, is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic Rehabilitation Services team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the inpatient and outpatient programs at our facility.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to work approximately 24 hours per week, with a preferred start date of October 8, 2024. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and a strong passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to adult and pediatric patients in our inpatient and outpatient programs.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and interventions to address a range of communication disorders.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Current licensure and certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
