Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Maintaining and repairing HVAC/R equipment and assets using commercial refrigeration and HVAC skills.

  • Following established maintenance schedules and guidelines to conduct inspections, cleaning, and repairs.
  • Responding promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
  • Documenting repair activities through our work order management system.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Vocational or Technical HVAC/R certification with a minimum of 6 months of experience, or 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Type I and Type II EPA certifications.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work at heights.
  • Valid Driver's License.
