Job Title: Travel Echo Technologist

Focus Staff is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Travel Echo Technologist to join our team. As a Travel Echo Technologist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and healthcare professionals, utilizing your expertise in diagnostic medical sonography to provide high-quality care.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Travel Echo Technologist to work with our clients in Tulsa, OK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiac sonography, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct diagnostic ultrasound examinations according to departmental procedures.
  • Work under the direction of experienced staff sonographers and medical directors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare professionals, and clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in cardiac sonography and diagnostic medical sonography.
Requirements:
  • Certificate or diploma from an approved/accredited school of Radiologic/Ultrasound Technology program.
  • National certification from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers or equivalent.
  • Advance certification by accrediting body in specialty, RVT/RCS/RDCS or equivalent for Cardiac/Vascular, required within 18 months of hire.
  • BLS certification required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in diagnostic medical sonography.
