Agricultural Drainage Specialist

Sprague Excavating, LLC is a leading provider of excavation and landscaping services, seeking a highly skilled Agricultural Drainage Specialist to join our team.

• Assist in the installation and maintenance of agricultural drainage systems, ensuring optimal water management for efficient crop growth.
• Operate and maintain various hand and power tools, including shovels, picks, and trenchers, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment, adhering to company standards for timeliness and quality.
• Prepare job sites for drainage installations, clearing debris and leveling ground to ensure stable and effective system performance.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals to operate heavy machinery, such as excavators and backhoes, under proper training and supervision.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, upholding company policies and procedures at all times.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; relevant experience in construction or landscaping is advantageous.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), work outdoors in various weather conditions, and commit to long hours, including weekends, as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship are essential for success in this role.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also required.

• This position offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
