- Perform various nursing tasks, including catheterization, tube feeding, and wound care, as established by our facility's policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including resident charts and progress notes.
- Participate in shift reports, ensuring seamless communication with colleagues and the healthcare team.
- Investigate complaints and grievances, reporting findings to the RN Supervisor or Director of Nursing.
- Present a professional image to residents and families, adhering to our facility's policies and standards.
