Personal Banker

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Roving Personal Banker to join our National Branch Network team. As a key member of our Consumer, Small & Business Banking division, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our customers.

• Provide support across a variety of branch locations within a specific geography, ensuring seamless customer service and meeting business objectives.
• Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and new surroundings, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
• Participate in the delivery of exceptional customer experiences by building relationships through proactive outreach and proposing appropriate products, services, and digital solutions to help customers succeed financially.
• Assist customers with basic requests related to opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications.
• Develop a deep understanding of bank products and services to connect with customers' needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Interact with customers to demonstrate care and build strong relationships, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

• 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.

• Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
• Experience proactively engaging with customers through outreach via phone or email.
• Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
• Ability to help customers succeed financially by offering introductions to additional team members as appropriate.
• Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs.
• Experience fostering and developing strong customer relationships.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal partners.
• Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss.
• Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members.
