Job Title: Travel Cath Lab Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join our team on a travel assignment in Fayetteville, AR.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to cardiac catheterization procedures, including preparing patients, operating equipment, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patients for cardiac catheterization procedures by explaining the process, positioning them, and ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Operate and maintain cardiac catheterization equipment, including angioplasty machines and fluoroscopy units.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and cardiac rhythms during procedures, and notify medical staff of any changes or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures, including medical history, test results, and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth and efficient procedures, and provide support as needed.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist.
  • Strong knowledge of cardiac catheterization procedures and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks as needed.
  • Current certification as a Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT) or Registered Cardiovascular Technologist (RCVT).
