Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Transaction Manager to join our team at Citigroup Inc. This is a critical role that requires a strategic professional with expertise in corporate trust and structured finance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support structured capital transactions, including ABS, CLO, CMBS, and RMBS.
  • Address client inquiries and work with functional partners to resolve special client servicing issues.
  • Assist with client lifecycle strategy from acquisition to early client engagement.
  • Review and oversee day-to-day transaction activity.
  • Address and resolve inquiries from internal and external clients.
  • Adhere to A&T/Citibank policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with Operations for transaction setup, activity, and reporting.
  • Participate in routine client calls to existing and new customers.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6-year corporate trust or comparable relevant experience in corporate banking.
  • Demonstrated experience in deal implementation and management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of corporate trust.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex corporate trust legal documents.
  • Ability to manage and meet diverse internal and external demands.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
