Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and monitor projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to client requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to identify and pursue new project opportunities.
  • Lead safety efforts and ensure a safe work environment for team members.
  • Collaborate with the Division Manager to develop and manage employee staffing plans, recruitment, and onboarding.
  • Prepare and execute annual business plans for the department.
  • Oversee and manage key department metrics, including revenue growth, staff chargeability, project billing, and collections.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, such as engineering or geology, with 5 years of practice experience.
  • Master's degree or PhD preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history.
  • Certification or licensure in the field of expertise.
