About the Role

Main Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently schedule service appointments
  • Contact clients to arrange appointments for various services, including recalls, special orders, and annual check-ups
  • Work within a performance-based compensation structure
  • Engage in customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and suggestions for improvement
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, including parts and service teams

Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 per annum
