About the Role

Housing Network Enterprises Inc is looking for an Apartment Management Specialist to oversee the leasing process, marketing, and customer service. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as experience in apartment management.

$65,000, based on industry standards and location.

Responsibilities & Expectations
  1. Screen rental applications and show units to prospective renters.
  2. Manage move-ins and move-outs of residents.
  3. Enforce apartment rules and regulations.
  4. Perform weekly property status reports.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of apartment management experience.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Appfolio software.
  • Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team.
