About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our Behavioral Services team at FirstHealth of the Carolinas, Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with mental health and substance abuse issues
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, as well as family therapy and counseling
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
  • NC Social Work License (LCSW or LCMHC)
  • Experience in Behavioral Services and Substance Abuse treatment preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
