Responsibilities- Assess Patient Needs: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Develop Care Plans: Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop personalized care plans that address patient needs and goals.
- Implement Care Plans: Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing education and support to patients and families.
- Evaluate Care Plans: Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and collaboration.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a specialty area.
- Licensure: Current RN licensure in the state of Mississippi.
- Skills: Strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
