Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards.
- Assure safety in practice and maintain a realization of own individual level of knowledge and experience.

- Consistently set and evaluate priorities through appropriate interventions with measurable outcomes toward improvement.
- Individualize the plan of care to address a specific patient's needs.
- Active NJ RN license or compact RN license with NJ endorsement.
- NRP and STABLE certification within 3 months of hire and maintenance every two years.
- BLS from the American Heart Association.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
