Descripción del Puesto:

Estamos buscando a un Colaborador de Atención al Cliente que se una a nuestro equipo en Target. En este rol, serás responsable de brindar una experiencia de servicio excepcional a nuestros clientes, respondiendo a sus preguntas y necesidades de manera oportuna y eficiente.

Responsabilidades:

  • Crear una experiencia acogedora para nuestros clientes, auténticamente saludándolos y siendo amable.
  • Observar y comprender rápidamente si un cliente necesita asistencia o quiere interactuar.
  • Seguir señales de lenguaje corporal y verbales para adaptar su enfoque.
  • Enganchar a los clientes de manera genuina, haciendo preguntas para entender mejor sus necesidades específicas.
  • Ser conocedor de las herramientas, productos y servicios disponibles en la tienda, y específicos de su área, para resolver problemas para los clientes y mejorar su experiencia.
  • Agradecer a los clientes de manera genuina y dejar que sepan que estamos felices de que hayan elegido comprar en Target.
  • Ayudar a los clientes mientras se completa el trabajo con la mínima interrupción posible.
  • Trabajar en todos los departamentos para asegurarse de que la zona de ventas esté llena, zonada y en stock para los clientes.
  • Pushear y almacenar productos en la zona de ventas.
  • Realizar cambios de adjacencia, transiciones, revisiones y planes de ventas para todos los departamentos.
  • Realizar el trabajo semanal de cambio de precios y asegurarse de que la señalización regular y promocional esté configurada con precisión para todos los departamentos.
  • Realizar escaneos y funciones de auditoría del sistema para asegurarse de la precisión de la inventario.
  • Ayudar a la ejecución de transiciones importantes y ISM.
  • Mantener el interior y exterior del marca, incluyendo vaciar contenedores de basura y atender a la limpieza de los baños, recoger carritos, cargar carritos eléctricos, mantener el RVM (si corresponde) y atender a derrames en la tienda según sea necesario.
  • Realizar todos los retiros (es decir, llenos diarios, fuera de stock, manuales y solicitudes de clientes) y almacenar productos de regreso en todos los departamentos.
  • Procesar todas las entregas de entrada (utilizando la aplicación de recepción) para asegurarse de la precisión de la inventario.
  • Realizar todos los controles diarios y semanales de la zona de almacenamiento.
  • Operar equipo de potencia solo si está certificado.
  • Mantener la organización y la precisión de ubicación de la zona de almacenamiento y seguir las directrices de equipo.
  • Seguir procesos con precisión, monitorear su propio progreso y priorizar tareas con precisión.
  • Demostrar una cultura de conducta ética, seguridad y cumplimiento.
  • Trabajar de manera segura en todo momento para beneficio propio y de los demás; identificar y corregir peligros; cumplir con todas las políticas de seguridad y mejores prácticas.
  • Ayudar con servicios de atención al cliente como cajero de respaldo, recogida de pedidos (OPU) y Drive-up (DU) y mantener una cultura de cumplimiento mientras se ejecutan esas tareas, como el cumplimiento de leyes federales, estatales y locales de bebidas para adultos.
  • Otros deberes según las necesidades comerciales.
