Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general nursing care to patients and families along the health-illness continuum in diverse healthcare settings.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing care.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment:
This is a part-time, night shift position in our Intensive Care Unit. The successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of 24 hours per week.
