We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Baker and Packager Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing fresh baked items daily, ensuring high-quality products, and providing exceptional customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment, following recipes/make-up instructions, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, answering any questions they may have and maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our members.
  • Collaborate with other associates to build a strong bakery team, communicating effectively and being flexible to the needs of the business.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time while assisting members quickly and accurately.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to tackle obstacles head-on to ensure each task is completed with excellence.
