Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team as a Lead Physical Therapist in Bellevue, WA. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for managing the Physical Therapy department, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Physical Therapy department, working closely with the Director of PT to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Conduct patient consultations, reviewing health and medical histories, examining patients, and developing treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Collaborate with referring physicians and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs, including exercise instruction, modern modalities, and activities of daily living.
  • Provide patient education on the benefits of physical therapy, treatment plan maintenance, and home exercises.
  • Oversee the work of Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and ensure seamless patient care.
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately and timely.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an Accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy Program (DPT).
  • Physical Therapy License in WA.
  • Passage of the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) is required.
  • At least 3 years' experience as a Physical Therapist.
