Job Title: Lead Lifeguard

Job Summary:

The Lead Lifeguard will be responsible for ensuring the safety of swimmers at the pool, as well as supervising and training lifeguards. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to advance their career in aquatic safety and customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the safety of swimmers at the pool
  • Supervise and train lifeguards
  • Enforce pool rules and regulations
  • Monitor pool conditions and report any issues to management
  • Assist with pool operations and maintenance
Requirements:
  • Current lifeguard certification
  • 1 year of lifeguarding experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
