Clinical Informatics Analyst: Empowering Healthcare Excellence

About the Role:
">We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Informatics Analyst to join our team at Memorial Regional Health. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in promoting the adoption and effective use of clinical systems across our healthcare facility.

- Design, implement, and maintain clinical systems that support patient care and data management.">
- Collaborate with clinicians and other stakeholders to identify system improvements and develop innovative solutions.">
- Develop and deliver educational programs and training sessions to enhance end-user proficiency.">
- Conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting to resolve complex technical issues.">
- Assist with application implementation and customization, including development of alerts, hard stops, data integration, order generation, and automation of document entry.">
- Foster collaboration among the clinical content team, working with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to evaluate current EMR functionality and develop future applications.">
- Maintain and configure new users within clinical systems as they relate to the EHR.">
- Research patient data across multiple applications to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow.">
- Serve as a resource person for daily operational issues within the electronic health record.">
- Work collaboratively with the team to implement solutions to system-related problems, minimizing operational impact.">
- Manage and lead the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of Meaningful Use within the facility.">
- Monitor and report quality data related to the EHR and clinical software applications.">
Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare and/or Information Sciences preferred.">
- Minimum one to three years' experience in healthcare, preferably in clinical systems implementations and support.">
- Proven ability to work independently, exercise creativity, and maintain a positive attitude.">
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.">
- Ability to handle difficult situations involving patients, physicians, or others in a professional manner.">
- Epic certification for Clinical Informaticists (or must be obtained within 1 year of start of employment).">
- Must be willing to take on-call as assigned.">
Compensation and Benefits:
">The successful candidate can expect an estimated salary range of $58,468.80 to $87,713.60 per annum, reflecting their exceptional skillset and experience.
