Contractor Service and Fabrication, Inc. is seeking a skilled Pipe Fitter to join our team in a full-time capacity.

• Lay Out and Plan Pipe Systems
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to design and plan pipe systems, supports, and related equipment.
• Assemble and Secure Pipes
  • Assemble or secure pipes, tubes, fittings, or related equipment according to specifications, using welding, brazing, cementing, soldering, or threading joints.
• Inspect and Test Installed Systems
  • Inspect, examine, or test installed systems or pipe lines using pressure gauges, hydrostatic testing, observation, or other methods.
• Plan and Install Pipe Systems
  • Plan pipe system layout, installation, or repair according to specifications.
• Select and Procure Materials
  • Select pipe sizes, types, or related materials, including supports, hangers, or hydraulic cylinders, according to specifications.

• Experience and Education
  • 3-5 years of experience in pipefitting.
  • Degree and/or certificate in technical training.
• Skills and Knowledge
  • Mechanical knowledge, including machines and tools, their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
  • Design knowledge, including techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
  • Mathematical knowledge, including tables of equivalents and trigonometry.
