As a Primary Care Physician Specialist at Oak Street Health, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized primary care to older adults on Medicare.
We are seeking highly qualified physicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our care teams to achieve exceptional health outcomes.
This position offers a competitive salary of $250,000 per year, plus quarterly bonuses based on quality metrics. You will also receive 6 weeks of paid time off, inclusive of major holidays and continuing education opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certification, and an active, non-probationary State License.
