At Star Brands, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business success. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and control expenses.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
- Identify and address areas for improvement, implementing changes to drive business growth.
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in the QSR Chicken sector.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license and proof of valid insurance.
- Ability to work a minimum of 50-55 hours per week, including weekends and flexible shifts.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of labor cost reporting, operating statements, and other business-related reporting.
- Ability to implement policies and procedures, develop employees, and manage conflict resolution.
