Job Summary:

The Banquet Manager is a key member of the ClubCorp team, responsible for overseeing all banquet events at the Eagles Landing Country Club. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the Member Relations Director and Private Events Director to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Supervise set-ups, breakdowns, staffing levels, and quality of service to meet Food and Beverage financial goals.
  • Involved in the hiring and training of staff and in the ordering of product.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team to develop and implement event menus and services.
  • Ensure compliance with ClubCorp's standards and policies.

Requirements:

  • Three years of experience as a banquet server or supervisor in a fine dining establishment.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Internal candidates should be STAR Service certified. A working knowledge of ClubCater and Micros is a plus.
