Job Description

The Central Supply Clerk will be responsible for managing the central supply office, restocking nursing stations, conducting inventory checks, placing supply orders, and maintaining organization and cleanliness. This role requires strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and previous experience in Long-Term Care or healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the central supply office, ensuring it is stocked with necessary materials.
  2. Restock nursing stations with required supplies.
  3. Conduct inventory checks in the stock room, nurses' stations, and office.
  4. Place supply orders for the entire facility.
  5. Unbox and organize incoming nursing supply orders.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Availability for holidays and weekends when necessary.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
