Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Skilled Care Specialist. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing direct and compassionate care to our patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities- Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing assistants and other healthcare team members to ensure high-quality care and services.
- Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines, and regulations, as well as our facility's policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of our patients and residents.
- Active RN license in the state of residence.
- Current/active CPR certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, residents, families, and healthcare team members.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity.
- Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
