Cabinet Maker

Factory Direct Marine & RV - TN is seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker to join our team in building and installing high-quality cabinetry for our recreational vehicles. As a Cabinet Maker, you will be responsible for creating custom components, assembling cabinets, and applying finishes to ensure a professional finish.

• Selecting and preparing materials, fittings, and tools for each project.
• Cutting and shaping resources to exact specifications.
• Developing effective work plans to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Designing and creating standard and custom cabinet components.
• Assembling and installing cabinets, ensuring precise fit and finish.
• Applying sealants, varnishes, and paints to cabinets as required.
• Inspecting completed work to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Repairing and refurbishing cabinets as needed.
• Advising on maintenance and care of finished products.

• Ability to visualize spaces and create functional furniture designs.
• Strong arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork and customer service skills.
• Physical fitness, including ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
