Job Title: Bus Delivery Driver

At Beacon Mobility, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bus Delivery Driver to join our team. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for delivering buses to our customers across the Midwest region.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct pre-trip safety inspections and ensure all necessary safety devices are in place.
  • Operate a 27,000-gross vehicle weight-rated school bus and company sedan vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with transportation staff and customers to discuss products and features on the bus.
  • Keep accurate records of mileage, transfer odometer readings, and calculate fuel usage.
  • Adhere to DOT regulations and maintain a clean and organized logbook.
Requirements:
  • DOT compliance and ability to fill out logbook accurately.
  • Basic math skills to manage records and calculations.
  • Ability to read and write legibly in English to maintain records and forms.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
