Job Description

Caregivers at Avamere Cascadia Village provide compassionate support to residents, assisting with daily living activities and promoting a safe and engaging environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and eating
  • Participate in the Life Enrichment Program and encourage resident participation
  • Document and communicate resident changes and complete reports in a timely manner
  • Maintain confidentiality of resident care in accordance with HIPAA guidelines

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • HCA license preferred
  • First Aid & CPR Certification and Food Handlers Card required
  • Knowledge and experience caring for and interacting with elders
