Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various types of building maintenance, construction, and repair tasks. Your knowledge and application of trade practices associated with electrical, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, ironwork, painting, HVAC, and fire protection will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in the General Maintenance field and possess skills in two or more trade areas, such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. You must also have a working knowledge of commercial facilities work practices, methods, and processes.
This is a shop setting job that requires working both indoors and outdoors in extreme temperatures and possibly rainy weather conditions. You may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, so physical stamina and strength are necessary. Required Skills and Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) Certificate
- Minimum 3 years' experience in General Maintenance
