We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Speech Therapist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality speech therapy services to students in a school-based setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans to meet the unique needs of students.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to ensure seamless integration of speech therapy services into the educational environment.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs and develop strategies to address them.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, including individual and group sessions.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress.
- Valid state license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
